To access the customer manager, login to your Magento backend, and select Customers > Manage Customers.

Here you can search for a customer by typing the name in the “name” field, or add filter criteria to find other customers.

To add a new product, click the Add Customer button top right.

In this management screen, you can see the options related to customers.

  • Customer view: (default) This section contains the general details on the customer, such as when they signed up, and recent orders etc.
  • Account information: This contains the customer name details, and the account login facility.
  • Address details: Update or view address details for a customer
  • Orders: View current orders, and create new orders for a customer.

Be sure to click Save on the top right before moving to the next page.
